  7. In 1933, Riding Mountain National Park was established, which included Clear Lake and the surrounding area. The park was created to preserve the natural beauty of the area and provide recreational opportunities for Canadians.

  8. Clear Lake has been designated a Manitoba Heritage River, and its natural beauty and cultural significance continue to attract visitors from around the world.
